3Course Enrollment & Eligibility

Enrollment in any course (School - CBSE/ICSE/WB, College, or Short Coding programs) is subject to seat availability and successful submission of the admission form along with applicable fees. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue enrollment where information provided is found to be inaccurate.

4Live & Recorded Classes

• Access to live classes is provided for the enrolled batch duration only and is for the personal use of the registered student.
• Recorded classes, notes, and study materials are provided for personal learning purposes only and must not be downloaded, screen-recorded, shared, resold, or uploaded to any public platform.
• We reserve the right to reschedule live classes with prior notice via WhatsApp, email or phone.

5Fees & Payments

Course fees must be paid as per the schedule communicated at the time of admission. Fees, once paid, are generally non-transferable to another student. Any refund requests are handled as per our Admission Policy.

6User Conduct

Students and parents are expected to maintain respectful conduct during live classes, in WhatsApp groups, and in all communication with faculty and staff. We reserve the right to suspend access for any student found engaging in disruptive, abusive, or dishonest behaviour (including sharing class recordings or exam material).

7Intellectual Property

All study materials, notes, question banks, recorded videos and coding exercises prepared by S Tribedi Computer Class remain our intellectual property. Students receive a limited, non-transferable license to use this material for their own study during the course period.

8Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party platforms (such as WhatsApp, YouTube, or payment gateways). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these external sites.

9Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate course information and reliable class schedules, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or live sessions due to factors such as internet connectivity or technical issues, and we shall not be liable for any indirect loss arising from such interruptions.
